Yes – all attendees require a ticket. Please note that 1 adult ticket is required for every 4 child tickets and this ratio will be checked on entry to the event, in order to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Yes! While the event is geared towards children aged 5 to 11, there will be a couple of activities for small siblings so they won’t be left out!

Yes – you can contact us on bigplayout@enablelc.org if you require a free carer ticket or fill this form.

Yes dietary requirements will be catered for if you have filled out the dietary requirement section when booking tickets. If you have any specific and serious allergies, please contact us on bigplayout@enablelc.org and we will try to accommodate.   

Where possible, we encourage visitors to travel by public transport.

Limited paid parking is available at Albert Car Park. If you require a Blue Badge parking space, please contact us ahead of your visit, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

There is a step-free access across the whole venue – however, please note that the event is outdoors and will include grassy areas and temporary flooring in our tent spaces. If you have any specific access requirements, please contact us on bigplayout@enablelc.org and we will discuss what we can do to help.  

Please note that there is no designated SEND space at this event. However workshops are being run by experienced facilitators who will do their best to support all children in attendance.  

Please be aware that this will be a very active and loud outdoor site and may not be suitable for children who find noisy or busy spaces challenging.  

Most activities will operate on a queued/walk-in basis, however, there will be some activities that have specific timings in order to deliver planned 30-60 minute sessions. Staff will be on hand at these activities with lists for the available time slots so you can put your name down on the day to secure your place

Yes - while the event starts at 9:30am, you can arrive at any time during the day. Please note that the last entry to the venue is at 2.30pm, so make sure you arrive before then! Please note that some activities run for part of the day only.

You can attend on any day that you have a valid ticket for. If you’d like to buy a ticket for a day that is sold out, it is best to check the website from time to time as people do occasionally return unwanted tickets and some more become available.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, if you contact us on bigplayout@enablelc.org, we will see if we can help to accommodate you for another date, pending availability.

There are some activity areas that will be quieter than others. Please ask at the event entrance or information tent and someone will be happy to help direct you.  

Each lunch bag includes:

• A burger: fried chicken, beef, or an aromatic garden burger made with peas, beans and spinach

• An individually wrapped cake

• A granola bar

• A piece of fruit: apple, pear or banana

• Orange or apple juice

Fruit will be allocated at random, although you can request a specific option.
